This is very true, Father Rodney and I discuss and muse over the challenges we face through out life. How do we deal with death and grieving? What does faith mean to us and why it is important to use it while we are alive? How we find forgiveness in the dark corners of life and why forgiving others sets us free to live again. But the most difficult person to forgive is ourself and that is usually where the journey of love and happiness begins.
With all of that in mind, it is essential to realise that life is short and that worry and fear, steals your present moment.
This important thought of the finite, short time we have the privilege to experience this world in all it's colours, I tell father Rodney of the poem, The Dash by Linda Ellis. It is about the date we were born and the date we leave this earthly place but what is important it the 'dash' in between. CLICK HERE if you would like to read the poem. It will have a profound effect on you and wake you up - which is the best!
I hope you enjoy our conversation and the poem. Perhaps you have questions of your own, so please post them in the comments section on my YouTube channel, A Walk And A Talk for happiness seekers.
May you journey through your day with joy and happiness.
